chocolate banana fudge, 1 serving
almond butter fudge, 1 serving
200 gms blueberries
100 gms guavas
frozen banana
lettuce
toast with butter
…And thats breakfast T_T ugh
Like 300 calories left for the day.
Breakfast - Banana chocolate fudge
(1 tbls. coconut oil, 1 tbls. cocoa, vanilla essence, stevia, 35 grms of microwaved banana, mix and freeze)
Snack - similar to breakfast but one tablespoon of almond butter instead of coconut oil.
Lunch - Butternut squash 400 gms. 2 cups of guavas.
Snack - 300 grams of celery.
Dinner - sweet potato 100gms, butternut squash 400gms, lettuce 300gms , cucumber 300 gms.
Total calories: 1054
Not really any exercise yesterday, went for a walk along the beach with an old mate..
suddenly everyone on tumblr thinks she eats healthy and is a perfect weightloss role model
